  • How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?
  • You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.   • How can I place an order?
  • To shop at Shireen Lakdawala, Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order and you’re done.

     

  • I forgot to enter promo/discount code while checking out, what should i do?
  • If you forget to use your promo/discount code that in a specific transaction, you  will not be able to use that code in the order that has been placed.   • I did not receive any sales order summary, what does that mean?
  • If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, contact us at sales@shireenlakdawala.com or +92 3212348141

     

  • How will I know that you have received my order?
  • The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at sales@shireenlakdawala.com or +92 3212348141

      

  • How can I check the status of my order?
  • As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us which will allow you to track your parcel through the logistics company.

     

  • Can I cancel my order?

  • COD is only available in Karachi Only.
